Account controls

Change your password, save a recovery code, or permanently delete your account.

Keep your recovery code somewhere private. Creating a new code replaces the old one. It works once; password changes invalidate it.

Deletion also removes Premium access. Provider payment records and backups follow their own retention policies; deletion does not request a refund.

Recover your account

You need the recovery code you previously saved from Account controls. Email recovery is not configured.
